A set of dumbbells will get you through this nice strength workout where we do a mixture of upper and lower exercises. We hadn't done single leg glute bridges in a while and they felt great!

Band at the ready for approx 15 mins of work to begin with. We really emphasise the glutes here. Followed by a lovely weighted leg set, arm set and finishing with 3 exercises for the core and upper body.
