A nice leg and core workout:
Set 1: Mini Bands x 10 Mins
Set 2: Glute Bridge and Single Leg Glute Bridges x 10 Mins
Set 3: Sumo Squats and Single Leg Static Lunge x 10 Mins
Set 4: Wall Squat and Plank Series – 3 rounds, 45 secs on and 15 off
Finished with some back extension work and a gentle stretch.
