Legs & Core x 35 Minutes

Legs & Core x 35 Minutes

Join me for 35 minutes of legs and core.  This can be completed with your own body weight or with weights.  I had access to an 8kg kettlebell so that’s what I used.  We do 9 blocks of work, alternating between legs and core for each set.  It’s quick and effective and you’ll feel great afterwards.

It took ages to upload this morning – 4 attempts later and it worked!
