A little switch up this week – today we are concentrating on the lower half.  This will be a great workout to add to another week of training i.e. if you complete two full body workouts, why not add a 3rd workout – you could be hitting your legs/upper body three time in one week.  That is a great progressive overload and ideal for getting stronger.

For today,  you need your mat, weights and a mini band (and definitely wall space!).

We finish with two sets of wall squats – today we hold for 1 min 50 secs!!!
