Strength 25-01-24 (Full Body)

There’s a lovely emphasis on the glutes for todays workout.  You’ll need a chair/footstool or a bench , your mini bands, weights and a mat.  We add some nice balance work into the warm up which is nice strength work for our lovely feet.  The main set is 3 rounds of each exercise and includes:

  • Hip Thrusts
  • Elevated Squats (Heels on weights or books)
  • Kneeling Row
  • Lying Chest Flies
  • Skull Crushers (with some sneaky glutes!)
  • Around the Worlds
  • Plank Series

Finisher Set : Wall Squats, Squat Taps & Core
