Another strong full body session – 2-3 of these workouts per week and you’ll really notice a difference in how you are feeling.  We did rounds of each of these sets.

Set 1: Sumo Squat
* Plank Rocks

Set 2: Reverse Lunge
*Hats Off

Set 3: Glute Bridge
*Banded Dead Bug

Set 4:

  • Single Arm Shld Press – Left
  • Single Arm Shld Press – Left
  • Plank Taps

Set 5:

  • Lying DB Lat Pull
  • DB Flies
  • Up, Down – Clean to Press

Back extension work with some stretching.
