A full body superset 45 minute session today to hep you build muscle and increase strength.  Have a look at the exercises and see where you can add a heavier weight.

Workout = 3 rounds of each superset

Warm up x 5 mins

1a – B stance squat 2 x 7.5kg*
1b – side lateral raise 2 x 4kg*

2a – RDL’s 2 x 12.5kg*
2b – alternating hammer curl with rotation 2 x 5kg*

3a – close grip row 1x 20kg*
3b – alternating dumbbell chest press 2 x 7.5kg*

4a – close grip tricep press 2 x 7.5kg*
4b – butterfly sit up

Finisher – 2 rounds of 25 secs on 15 off:

  • Squat jumps
  • Deadbug
  • Wall Squat
  • Mountain Climber

2 minute cooldown stretch
