Full body Supersets 20-02-24

Supersets x 4 blocks.  This is an ideal workout to repeat a 2nd or 3rd time in a week. If completed consistently over a 4-6 week period you can monitor progress by seeing your strength improve and increasing the weight on certain exercises.  Apologies, we run slightly over on time but it’s worth it to get all the exercises completed.

The exercises today – 3 sets of 12 reps on each superset

1a Sumo Squat

1b Tricep Extension

2a RDL/Stiff Leg Deadlift

2b V-Raises

3a Single Arm Row

3b Cross Body Bicep Curls

4a Narrow Grip Chest Press

4b Curtsy Lunge

Finishing with some fine tuning core work.  Enjoy!!
