Warm-Up x 5 minutes

Set 1: RDL’s

* Front Plank Dips

x 3 Rounds

Set 2: Side Lunge to Single Arm Press

* Side Plank Rotation – Right

x 3 Rounds

Set 3: Side Lunge to Single Arm Press

* Side Plank Rotation – Left

x 3 Rounds

Set 4:
– Prone Flies
– Skull Crushers
– Weighted Sit Up

Set 5:
– Wall Squat
– Jump Squats
– Mountain Climber

Cool-down with a gentle stretch.
