It’s time to clean the floors!🧹
Here’s a short and effective workout that will work your core and well, pretty much your entire body.
And….the only equipment you require is two small towels and a mat. I normally use sliders so if you have these at home you can use them.
The Workout ↙️
Perform 10 reps of each exercise (except for push up sliders – do 5 each side) & make sure that’s x 10 on each side e.g. mountain climbers – 10 reps each leg in and out. Repeat entire circuit x 4 sets, taking 30 seconds rest between sets.
1️⃣ Knee Tucks
2️⃣ Mountain Cross Climbers
3️⃣ Hamstring Sliders
4️⃣ Push Up Slides
5️⃣ Plank Pendelums
6️⃣ Squat Curtsy
7️⃣ Reverse Lunges
✅ Maintain a solid plank in exercises 1,2,4 & 5
✅ Core and Glutes (squeeze them tight!) are engaged in all exercises
✅ Wrists and elbows under shoulders in the plank exercises
✅ Hamstring Sliders – do single leg if it’s too difficult to slide both in together
✅ Keep your shoulder blades relaxed and down
✅ The push up slider is challenging – keep elbows close to your sides as you lower & push back up – squeeze glutes tight here.
✅ Be careful in the standing exercises – it’s easy to slip, so take your time and engage all your muscles particularly, legs, glutes and core to maintain stability.
