
1-2-1 Personal Training
Clients will benefit from dedicated 1-2-1 sessions, creating a unique dynamic with Maeve and allowing the client to focus on one thing – their results.
The initial one-hour complimentary consultation will involve completing screening and a goals and lifestyle analysis form. A personal consultation form will be conducted to create a regime specifically tailored for the client, taking into account current fitness level, body measurements, posture and and nutritional habits.
A wide range of disciplines and methods will be used to keep both the body and mind challenged.
