Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training Classes classes are available with a maximum of 3 participants. This allows clients to enjoy a bespoke experience. Bridging the gap between group fitness classes and 1-2-1 Personal Training – Small Group Personal Training will provide measurable, results-focused programs.
For clients who like the social aspect of a class this is a perfect opportunity for them to work out, but under a guided program.
SGPT will offer a variety of unique classes focusing on mobility, strength, cardio & flexibility.
