If you are looking for a quick 16 minute, no equipment cardio HITT session – give this workout a go. It’s my first time sharing a full workout in this format Hopefully you enjoy and find it easy to follow along. (My mother arrived towards the end, so please excuse my hand signals. I wasn’t recording a second session!!).
Personally, I find theses workouts great when I am stuck for time or low in motivation. After 16 minutes your buzzing & full of energy. We are working for 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 3 rounds. The aim is to work as hard as you can for the 30 seconds. We take 1 minute full recovery between rounds, so that you can push hard but maintain technique.
