Home Full Body Workout

Here’s a 45 minute HITT circuit to set you up for the weekend. With little or no breaks this is a great cardio session.⁣

The Circuit is performed in a ladder format. You’ll start with 4 reps of each exercise, then 6, 8,10, 12. And then back down to 10, 8, 6, 4. That’s 9 rounds with little or no breaks if you can.⁣

1️⃣ Thruster⁣

5️⃣ Around the World⁣

6️⃣ RDL⁣

⁣⁣Some tips❗️⁣

🔹 Keep your core engaged (think rib cage pushed down)⁣⁣⁣

🔹Posture – shoulder blades down & back⁣

⁣⁣🔹 Try to limit too much movement in the hips on the renegade row. ⁣

🔹Remember mind -muscle connection. Think about the movement & the muscles you are working 🧠 💪⁣

Final tips! ⁣⁣

✅ Write the exercises on a piece of paper & stick it on the wall or where it’s visible ⁣⁣⁣
