Home Workout 15 minutes HIIT
Here’s a quick burner that requires no equipment – you just need floor space, a mat & chair/bench/couch. I’d suggest doing a quick warm up by jogging on the spot for 2-3 mins & then do two sets of 10 x squats & 10 x lunges.

Set your timer for 30 secs on & 10 seconds off
Complete 3 rounds of the exercises below. Take 1 minute rest after each round.
1️⃣ Jumping Lunges
2️⃣ Plank Taps
3️⃣ Squat Jumps
4️⃣ Frog Pumps
5️⃣ Glute Bridge
6️⃣ Spider Climbers
7️⃣ Sumo Squats
Some tips❗️
🔹 Leave out the jump on lunges & squats if you have knee/hip issues
🔹 Maintain a strong core throughout
🔹 Avoid too much swaying on the Plank Taps
🔹 With the jumping exercises try to get a rhythm going – on jump lunges think opposite arm, opposite leg.
