If you are looking for a quick no equipment cardio HITT session – give this workout a go.
These workouts are great when you are stuck for time or low in motivation. After 10 minutes you are buzzing & full of energy.
We are working for 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off x 3 rounds. The aim is to work as hard as you can for the 30 seconds.
This week we are only taking 25 seconds recovery between rounds, but we have one less exercise. As always, work to your own ability.
