No Equipment Leg Workout
If you’re wanting to up the ante with your training or progress your regular exercises, why not try incorporating some of these equipment free leg exercises into a circuit or as a finisher at the end of your workout. They will certainly give you a challenge!
1️⃣Lunges x 10 each side
2️⃣Curtsy Lunges x 10 each side
3️⃣Jump Squats by 12
4️⃣Single Leg Glute Bridges x 10 each side
Aim for four rounds of the circuit with minimum rest between each exercise and 90 seconds between each round! 👊💪
Some points:
✅Keep your core engaged throughout each exercise
✅Chest high and shoulders back on standing exercises
✅Knees in line with your ankles on the lunges
✅Aim to land softly on the jump lunges
✅On the glute bridges aim to drive through the heel, extending your hip upward and raising your glutes off of the ground.
